Key Responsibilities Lead consultations with families to assess athletic and academic goals Explain services and support offered to student-athletes Build relationships with clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline Required Qualifications 2-5 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in education or sports Former college athlete or coach with knowledge of recruiting Motivated by results and thrives in high-performance environments Organized and proactive with strong ownership of schedule Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
