Attorney Recruiting Assistant
A company is looking for an Attorney Recruiting Assistant to support its recruiting team in hiring efforts for associates, counsel, and law students.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support, including managing correspondence, calendars, and scheduling logistics for interviews
Maintain candidate files and databases, ensuring accurate records and assisting with onboarding processes
Support law school outreach and coordinate logistics for recruiting events and On-Campus Interviews (OCI)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is preferred
One to two years of experience in legal recruiting or a related field is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with flexibility during peak recruiting periods
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
