Clinical Recruiter
A company is looking for a Hybrid Recruiter + Recruiting Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Utilize various sourcing methods to build a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in clinician recruiting
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and working with hiring managers
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably Lever
Strong sourcing skills and proficiency in using various recruitment tools
Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
