A company is looking for an Associate Maintenance Advisor to support its Maintenance Shop Network and drive improvements through customer-focused services. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of customers, making repair decision recommendations and escalating issues as necessary Provide expert guidance on maintenance decisions based on automotive knowledge Collaborate with internal teams to improve the Maintenance Shop Network and provide regular updates on progress and needs Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in automotive repair, preferably in a Service Advisor or Fleet Manager role ASE Certified in 4-6 categories Proficient with professional systems such as Excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and seek out solutions Comfortable with change and open to experimenting with new ideas
