A company is looking for an AVP & Adjustment Manager in Bank Operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and lead a team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks Oversee daily operations of adjustment items and item processing in the Money Movement department Collaborate with internal partners to develop processes and drive efficiencies Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's Degree preferred Minimum of five years banking experience in operations, money movement, or exceptions processing Minimum of two years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role required Strong knowledge of exceptions processing preferred Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
