Banking Operations Specialist
A company is looking for a Banking Operations Specialist (ACH Returns). Key Responsibilities Independently manage day-to-day tasks of the ACH Returns team and corporate level returns requiring urgent resolution Perform daily positive pay reconciliation, handle stop payments, and manage client inquiries while maintaining department service level agreements Assist in training new Banking Operations Specialists and recommend enhancements for productivity and control Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent banking experience (2-4 years) Experience handling ACH exceptions Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure of high monetary/high risk transactions CPP/CTP/AAP Certification is a plus
