A company is looking for a BAS/EPMS Estimator. Key Responsibilities Generate bid documents and cost estimates for BMS construction and retrofit projects Prepare estimates by calculating takeoffs and reviewing quotes from suppliers and subcontractors Collaborate with the Account Team and Project Management to ensure a smooth transition of projects post-bid Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years' experience estimating commercial construction projects, preferably in BMS/HVAC construction BAS expertise is required Experience with Bidtracer estimating software is preferred Combination of education, training, and relevant experience is acceptable
