BCBA Family Experience Specialist
A company is looking for a Family Experience Specialist (BCBA) to provide high-quality support to families in accessing ABA therapy services.
Key Responsibilities
Assist families with timely initiation and management of ABA services
Provide individualized parent training and support for treatment stabilization
Serve as the main point of contact for communication between families and clinicians
Required Qualifications
Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA or BCBA-D) required
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children with developmental delays or autism spectrum disorder
Experience in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
Bilingual in Spanish and English highly preferred
