Behavioral Health Payment Policy Manager
A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Payment Policy Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain corporate payment policies, ensuring alignment with the Plan's adjudication systems
Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on Plan operations
Collaborate with various departments to implement and manage payment policy changes effectively
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
6 or more years of experience in managed healthcare, claims processing, or payment policy
Extensive knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT coding principles
Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial coding rules
AHIMA or other nationally recognized Coding Certification preferred
