Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain the Salesforce donor and grant management database, ensuring data integrity and quality Process incoming gifts and acknowledgments while supporting donor engagement efforts Collaborate with various teams to track fundraising goals and provide data-driven insights for decision-making Required Qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience Experience managing a CRM database, preferably Salesforce, including reporting and data entry Minimum of 1 year of experience with CRM database configuration and implementation Understanding of fundraising cycles and donor engagement strategies Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
