A company is looking for a Benefit Support Analyst II. Key Responsibilities Review and break down complex medical business requirements into configurable requirements Create and maintain benefit grids and configuration templates, ensuring accuracy and compliance Collaborate with internal departments to enhance process improvement and resolve issues Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Minimum of two years of medical benefit plan design and/or configuration experience Configuration experience (Facets or equivalent system) preferred Managed Care or healthcare experience is preferred AAPC Coding designation preferred
