A company is looking for a Big Data Tech Lead to oversee IT projects focused on complex data pipelines. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team working on large and complex systems Establish a deep knowledge of the data landscape and enable architecture design of solutions Perform peer code reviews and guide the team through development best practices Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in IT project leadership Experience with backend API development (preferably Python or Java Spring) Experience with end-to-end big data pipelines and SQL Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum) Must reside in the Latin America region
