Bilingual Customer Care Specialist
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Care Specialist (French/English).
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process customer orders from the U.S. and Canada via phone, ensuring compliance with service procedures
Resolve customer issues by collaborating with internal departments and providing timely responses to inquiries
Assist with administrative tasks and maintain adherence to Environmental Health and Safety policies
Qualifications:
Bilingual fluency in English and French is required; French-Canadian proficiency preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry skills required
Reliable team player with a strong work ethic and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
