Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage the compensation strategy and programs
Provide strategic partnership and compensation expertise to teams through data-driven decisions
Ensure compliance with global, federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Math, or a related field
8+ years of experience in developing and scaling compensation programs
Ability to translate vision into executable strategy with an operational mindset
Strong business acumen and data analysis skills, with a deep understanding of equity/stock compensation
Familiarity with emerging HR technologies, including AI-driven platforms for compensation analytics
