A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Success Manager (Spanish & English). Key Responsibilities Manage relationships with large and complex Event Creators to understand their needs and ensure their success Provide strategic advice and training to help Creators maximize their use of the platform Monitor performance metrics and advocate for customer feedback to improve product offerings Required Qualifications At least 6 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 4 years in Customer Success or Account Management High school diploma/GED required; college degree preferred Experience with SaaS products and managing customer outcomes Proficiency in Spanish Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
