Key Responsibilities
Support various omni-channel communication platforms for internal and external clients
Assist with inquiries related to Rapid Apps, marketing inbound, and e-consent helpline
Manage and respond to communication through phone, text, and email
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Fluent in Spanish
High school diploma or GED
One to two years of experience in a call center or administrative support role preferred
Multi-line telephone experience
Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
