Bilingual Spanish Senior Customer Service Coordinator
A company is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Senior Customer Service Coordinator - Partnership Servicing.
Key Responsibilities
Advocate for customers, problem solve, and own issue resolution while adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements
Investigate customer concerns, implement process improvements, and report trending customer issues
Support other customer service advocates by guiding them in resolving customer issues and providing feedback
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
At least 1 year experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
Fluent in Spanish and English
