Key Responsibilities Manage first-level incoming requests from Merchants and Integrated Software Vendors Provide exceptional service and document all client inquiries for tracking purposes Resolve complex product and service inquiries and communicate operational concerns to clients Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent College experience preferred 4+ years of customer service-related experience 2+ years of call center service-related experience Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
