A company is looking for a Foreign Language Translator-Patient Support. Key Responsibilities Provide simultaneous and consecutive interpretation during live calls between Spanish, Mandarin, or Vietnamese and English speakers Translate written materials including product information, safety documentation, and customer correspondence Support pharmacy customers by answering inquiries and explaining prescription services accurately and sensitively Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Translation Studies, Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 2 years of professional translation/interpretation experience Native or near-native fluency in either Spanish, Mandarin, or Vietnamese; professional fluency in English Strong grasp of medical and pharmaceutical terminology Prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical call centers strongly preferred
