A company is looking for a Telehealth Physician to deliver remote telemedicine services focused on chronic disease management. Key Responsibilities Conduct intakes and onboarding visits via phone or video for new patients Initiate treatment plans and provide care through evaluation, diagnosis, and medication prescription Answer patient inquiries and provide high-quality counseling related to their treatment Required Qualifications Doctor of Medicine degree (MD) and valid medical license Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Minimum of 2 years of post-residency experience Experience in telemedicine and comfort with asynchronous care At least 5 active/unrestricted medical state licenses
