Branch Operations Support Officer
A company is looking for a Branch Operations Support Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Provide phone and email support to banking centers while adhering to established Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
Assist banking center staff with branch activities and customer service, serving as the expert on operating procedures
Monitor service trends and provide coaching and mentoring for process improvement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Finance preferred
Minimum of five years of banking experience, including branch experience
Demonstrated leadership ability and skills
Understanding of branch operating policies and procedures
Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
