A company is looking for a Broker Relations Manager to help transform primary care delivery and patient service. Key Responsibilities Manage strategic broker relationships to support company volume growth Serve as the main point of contact for clinical and outreach teams regarding patient care and insurance issues Train brokers on company programs and maintain compliance with regulations Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 2-4 years of experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or Medicare Advantage plans preferred Experience in developing relationships with insurance payers and Field Marketing Organizations preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills Fluency in Spanish is preferred to serve diverse communities
