Business Analyst 3
A company is looking for a Business Analyst 3 with expertise in Workday Recruiting.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in discovery and design sessions to understand business and system requirements
Document technical requirements and collaborate with stakeholders for review
Create and execute test plans, manage defects, and support the implementation of new features
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst focused on HRIS
Strong experience with the Workday Recruiting module and interview management tools like BrightHire
Solid understanding of the recruiting function and lifecycle
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
Experience in enterprise environments with cross-functional team collaboration
