A company is looking for a Call Center Collections Representative to manage business to business collection calls and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor Build and maintain relationships with clients and customers based on trust and reliability Meet call center metrics and strive for first call resolution while addressing customer inquiries efficiently Required Qualifications At least 3 years of business to business collections experience Prior call center and strong customer service experience High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
