A company is looking for a Home Health Intake and Eligibility Coordinator Full Time. Key Responsibilities Coordinate new patient referrals and ensure compliance with policies and regulations Respond to inquiries and establish relationships with referral sources Document and enter referral information into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) in real time Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and TEAMS Ability to work after hours and on-call schedule Data entry speed of 40 words per minute/10,000 keystrokes per hour Basic knowledge of the medical industry and insurance functions
