California Compact RN Telephonic Case Manager
A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to create and implement treatment plans for injured/disabled individuals Assess recovery progress and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing cases and preparing status updates for stakeholders Required Qualifications Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field Experience: Minimum of 1 year in workers' compensation or occupational health, with 2+ years of clinical practice preferred Licenses: Active California RN license and Compact RN license required Internet: Must have reliable internet access
