A company is looking for an Area Manager, Director. Key Responsibilities Manage revenue generation and operations for multiple branch offices in a defined geographic area Develop and implement operational efficiency improvements and ensure staff performance meets divisional goals Recruit and develop escrow officers and support staff while implementing compliance policies and procedures Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred 10+ years of management/leadership experience 8+ years of directly related experience in escrow preferred Experience in leading employees across multiple locations Progressive experience in developing and implementing operational solutions
