Key Responsibilities
Assist students and instructors with platform questions and technical issues through an electronic ticketing system
Review and address student/instructor feedback on materials and platform functionality
Help students with account management and instructors with course setup, ensuring customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field
Knowledge of programming basics in C, C++, Python, Java, MATLAB, and/or Assembly
Flexible availability for early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Professionalism and reliability in handling customer inquiries and complaints
