A company is looking for an Investigator, People Relations. Key Responsibilities Conduct investigations into workplace policy violations such as harassment and discrimination Gather and analyze data related to investigations and present findings to relevant stakeholders Support People & Culture partners with documentation and conduct workplace environment assessments Required Qualifications 3-10 years of experience in conducting employment-related investigations Undergraduate degree required; JD or other graduate degree preferred Demonstrated experience in Human Resources management or employment law Knowledge of federal and local employment laws Ability to manage multiple investigations and projects simultaneously
