Key Responsibilities Conduct investigations into workplace policy violations such as harassment and discrimination Gather and analyze data related to investigations and present findings to relevant stakeholders Support People & Culture partners with documentation and conduct workplace environment assessments Required Qualifications 3-10 years of experience in conducting employment-related investigations Undergraduate degree required; JD or other graduate degree preferred Demonstrated experience in Human Resources management or employment law Knowledge of federal and local employment laws Ability to manage multiple investigations and projects simultaneously
