Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of Sales Engineers to qualify and close opportunities while providing technical expertise
Partner with the Sales Team to communicate the company's value proposition and ensure customer success

Required Qualifications
1-3+ years in a Sales Engineering team lead or mentorship role
3+ years in a Sales Engineering or equivalent client-facing role
Experience in recruiting individual contributors and front-line leaders
Knowledge of current infrastructure and monitoring solutions and technologies
Ability to think strategically and creatively about challenges
