California Licensed Senior HR Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, People Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead operational aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
Develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and policies in collaboration with the VP of People
Oversee annual performance management cycles and employee engagement survey processes
Required Qualifications
7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a healthcare environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
SHRM or HRCI certification is required
Experience in designing and implementing scalable HR operations programs
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements
Proven project management and organizational skills
