A company is looking for a Credits & Refunds Specialist responsible for resolving credit balance accounts and processing refunds. Key Responsibilities Recommend accounts for write-off with appropriate justification and documentation Review and resolve credit balances on designated accounts while meeting productivity standards Maintain compliance with HIPAA privacy standards and ensure accurate documentation of credit resolution details Required Qualifications High School Graduate; BA or BS preferred Minimum of 4 years of healthcare-related credit resolution experience Basic knowledge of medical terminology and PC applications Understanding of Managed Care contracts and payer requirements Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-stress environment
