Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison for patients undergoing structural heart interventions, ensuring all necessary steps are completed Oversee and maintain the Structural Heart Patient Tracking system to ensure accurate updates on patient status Support compliance with national reporting standards and assist in developing workflow optimizations Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) with cardiovascular experience required Minimum of three years of experience in cardiovascular nursing, case management, or care coordination Experience with Epic workflows and patient tracking systems Current, unrestricted California RN license required BLS certification required; specialty certification required or willing to obtain within 12 months
