Key Responsibilities
Lead virtual and in-person hiring events in collaboration with recruiting teams
Manage Glassdoor and Indeed strategies, including soliciting reviews and optimizing presence
Create engaging content and collateral to attract diverse candidates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 7 years of experience
Confidence to propose innovative ideas and align strategies with business objectives
Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to adapt to feedback and work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
