Staff Engineer - Tech Lead
A company is looking for a Staff Engineer - Tech Lead to lead the design and development of a new Identity Graph project. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable and secure data platform solutions Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers through design reviews and code reviews Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data engineering efforts with business objectives Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or equivalent experience 10+ years of professional experience in data engineering, including 4+ years in a lead role Expertise in building large-scale data solutions in modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and one or more of Java, Scala, or Go Strong experience with data lakes, data warehouses, and streaming frameworks
