A company is looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage high-volume recruitment and build relationships with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process from job opening to offer extension and onboarding
Source and screen candidates using various methods and tools
Maintain a pipeline of candidates and foster relationships with hiring managers
Required Qualifications
Minimum of one year of high-volume recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree or two years with a High School Diploma/GED
Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for hourly workforces
Experience with customer service
Familiarity with job boards and portals such as Indeed and LinkedIn
Must reside in the State of Washington
