Key Responsibilities Investigate and resolve attendance discrepancies for caregivers Ensure accurate and timely capture of attendance data for payroll and billing Provide guidance and training to caregivers on timekeeping and compliance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience One (1) to two (2) years of previous experience required Familiarity with Electronic Visit Verification systems Knowledge of HIPAA and privacy regulations
