Key Responsibilities Manage PAGA claims and oversee legal filings, settlement negotiations, and trials Provide counsel on compliance with California labor laws and assist clients in policy development Supervise and mentor junior attorneys while fostering client relationships and business development Required Qualifications California licensure and membership in the State Bar of California in good standing Defense side experience with knowledge of class action and PAGA claims Trial experience preferred Ability to manage 1730 billable hours Experience in developing presentations and training on PAGA compliance
