Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between providers, health plans, and corporate, resolving provider physician injectable claims issues Provide training, orientation, and coaching for performance improvement within physician practices Collaborate with internal departments to ensure positive outcomes for members and providers Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred PTCB or NHA Pharmacy Technician Certification 3+ years of experience in healthcare/pharmacy customer service 2+ years of direct experience working with providers Experience with Managed Care, Medicare/Medicaid, Claims, Billing, and Coding
