Key Responsibilities Enhance systems and processes through software development and testing Analyze user requests and assess system impacts and requirements Provide technical support to production systems and draft related documentation Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in software application development, or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience Preferred area of study: Computer Science Advanced experience with COBOL, CICS, VSAM, DB2, Easytrieve, and JCL In-depth knowledge of System Life Cycle Development methodologies (Waterfall and Agile) Ability to provide 24/7 on-call support on a rotating basis
