Channel Operations Manager
A company is looking for a Channel Operations Manager to optimize and manage processes supporting their channel partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and evolve operational frameworks for channel initiatives and partner programs
Track, analyze, and provide insights into channel partner performance and program effectiveness
Build and maintain scalable systems and processes to support internal workflows and partner experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
3+ years of experience in channel operations, sales operations, or business strategy in a technology/SaaS company
Proficiency in CRM and BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, etc.)
Experience developing partner enablement programs or working within a channel-driven sales model is a plus
Salesforce Administrator or equivalent certification is a plus
