Red Team Analyst

A company is looking for a Red Team Exploitation Analyst, responsible for providing Red Team support and conducting security assessments. Key Responsibilities Provide Red Team support, manage personnel, and liaise with leadership for timely feedback and recommendations Conduct quality control reviews, monitor assessment progress, and oversee the production of formal work products Deliver progress reports and a Post Operations Report, mapping findings to NIST 800-53 controls Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in Red Team operations Strong understanding of adversarial Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) following NIST guidelines Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and provide effective training Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain public trust clearance Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems
