Claims Dispute Resolution Lead
A company is looking for a Claims/Provider Dispute Resolution Implementation Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements while making recommendations for market/payor configuration
Coordinate and complete projects, managing Claim Operations readiness tasks and timelines in compliance with quality standards
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitoring progress throughout the project life cycle
Required Qualifications
2+ years of Facets configuration experience (claim, workflow, tables)
2+ years of project management experience
2+ years of experience in a healthcare/payor setting, including claims operations
2+ years of experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and managing project plans
Solid knowledge of business processes impacting provider data, pricing, and claims processing
