Key Responsibilities Review claim submissions for accuracy and compliance with policies Act as the primary liaison for internal and external business partners on claims matters Lead and manage a team of Claims Examiners, providing mentorship and performance feedback Required Qualifications Associates or Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred 8+ years of claim experience required 2+ years of people management experience required Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Experience with DY/ESL Office preferred
