Responsibilities Oversee client engagements and ensure exceptional service delivery Prepare and present detailed reports, including revenue cycle recommendations and analysis Manage client communication and facilitate meetings to address client needs Required Qualifications 5+ years of customer service experience, either internal or external 5+ years of experience working directly with clients in healthcare or technical environments Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and V Lookups Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities Experience in identifying future barriers or areas for growth
