IT Service Management Program Manager
A company is looking for a Program Manager for IT Service Management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the IT Service Management (ITSM) program
Coordinate ITSM processes across OIT and support service managers throughout the service lifecycle
Champion the Work Visibility Initiative and support data collection and reporting for decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or Management
Five years of professional experience in IT service design, development, or management
ITIL 4 Foundation certification or willingness to obtain within three months of employment
Experience in developing training resources and delivering training on ITSM principles
Ability to build strong relationships with leadership and service managers
