A company is looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist (West Coast). Key Responsibilities Train new and existing clients on the ButterflyMX platform to maximize value quickly Maintain product knowledge and deliver exceptional service throughout the onboarding process Update client records and facilitate introductions to Client Success Managers post-onboarding Required Qualifications Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in customer success or technical support Experience onboarding clients for a technology or software company is a plus Knowledge of the multi-family industry and/or Proptech is a plus Solid understanding of technology and ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues Familiarity with CRM and project management tools is desired
