Client Operations Leader
A company is looking for a Client Operations Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain a governance model aligned with client expectations
Ensure data integrity and accurate reporting within NCR systems while monitoring SLA performance
Resolve billing disputes and manage AR invoices, optimizing call pack usage
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or technical/vocational certification
3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in NCR Services
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Flexibility to work non-standard business hours as needed
Experience across NCR Lines of Business is preferred
