Key Responsibilities Manage and review a variety of commercial agreements and regulatory positions Liaise with the Head of Legal, external counsel, and subject-matter experts for legal advice and guidance Build and improve the internal corporate governance function and legal infrastructure Required Qualifications Law degree from a top USA law school 2+ years of experience as in-house legal counsel in a startup or scale-up environment Strong analytical and drafting skills Passion for business law and eagerness to understand new legal topics Excellent stakeholder management skills with internal and external parties
