Clinical Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Clinical Support Specialist to support and maintain PAS operations and the portal application. Key Responsibilities Monitor and report on supply and demand of case consults in the portal work queue Resolve requests or redirect them to the appropriate department in real time Act as the central contact between clients and internal employees for troubleshooting and support Required Qualifications Previous experience in data entry or healthcare administration Experience within a hospital setting is preferred Ability to conduct operational evaluations and make workflow adjustments Familiarity with IT escalation processes and ticketing systems Proficiency in using case management tools like Careport or Epic
